Product Description The quad-band GSM Dell mini 3i was released in the fourth quarter of 2009 in the Chinese & Brazilian markets, with a modified version due to be released in Europe and the USA at a later date. The operating system for the device is Google’s Android-based Open Mobile System (OMS). Some of the phone’s features not commonly found in a device targeted for emerging markets include a 3MP AF camera with flash, A-GPS navigation, and capacitive touchscreen. The device comes with a unique stylus that enables menu selections without the use of your finger. Located under the battery cover is a microSD slot with an included 4GB card. The service carrier for the device analyzed here is China Mobile.
