Product DescriptionCross-branded as the HTC Dream and the TMobile G1, this 3G smartphone is the first to feature the Android open-source operating system for mobile devices. Its unique slider form tucks a full QWERTY keypad under an orientation-sensitive touchscreen. The touchscreen, in turn, is built onto the 3.2” HVGA LCD display. A small trackball completes the versatile set of user interface options and doubles as the “Enter” key. The unit boasts GPS with mapping, Bluetooth, and Google-centric internet over both the cellular data connection and 802.11b/g WiFi. A 3.2MP autofocus camera, video player, and games are included, with 1GB (upgradeable to 8GB) user memory via the included MicroSD card. HTC claims 350 minutes WCDMA talk time, and 402 hours standby (319 hours for GSM) , from an 1150mAh Li-Ion battery.
