Product DescriptionHuawei’s T2211 is an entry level cell phone to the 3G market. It supports the GSM 900/1800 bands as well as TD-SCDMA, China’s version of 3G. In an attempt to promote 3G technology, the T2211 is priced aggressively at under RMB 1000. The device has a standard candy-bar form factor with a 2.4” LCD screen at 240 x 320 QVGA resolution. The keypad is elegantly designed with a clean layout. In addition to Bluetooth support, a 2MP camera is on the phone back and a small 0.3 MP camera facing the user enables 3G video calls.
Many features are standard on this entry-level device including video/MP3 playback, 3.5mm headphone jacks, SMS/MMS, internet browsing, email, games, English-Chinese dictionary and many others. The included battery has a capacity of 1000 mAh which provides a claimed talk time of 180-minutes and standby time of 200 hours.
