Product Description
| LG released their first Mini Touchscreen phone with the introduction of the GD880 in the first quarter of 2010 in the European market. Connectivity support includes Quad-band GSM/EDGE and Band I/VIII W-CDMA/ HSDPA networks, 802.11b/g WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1 w/ A2DP, A-GPS, and FM Radio w/ RDS. Boasting HTML5 and Flash support, the GD880 has enhanced flexibility for streaming online videos. The 3.2” TFT-LCD display (16M colors, 480 x 854 pixels, chip-in-glass) extends almost all the way to the edges of the handset, testament to how big the display is for such a small phone. Overlaid onto the display is a multi-touch capacitive touchscreen, which responds with haptic feedback. The rear-facing autofocus main camera is 5MP with video recording and face-detection; the front-facing secondary camera is VGA quality and also capable of recording video in addition to making video calls. Providing a claimed active battery life of 7hrs and 330hrs on standby, the GD880 is supplied with a 3.7V / 900mAh Li-Ion battery. |
