Product DescriptionWith the maxx Ve, Motorola has made an addition to its line-up of sleek RAZR handsets that emphasizes music and video capabilities. The 2MP camera is equipped with an LED flash, and supports 8x digital zoom and auto focus. External touch-sensitive controls, a large hands-free speaker, and support for a stereo headset seek to enhance the user’s experience with the MP3/WMA music player. Electro-luminescent films surrounding the two displays provide visual entertainment to complement music and ring-tones. The maxx Ve supports Bluetooth (class2), PC/Moto Sync, and USB 2.0 for data and file transfers. The phone comes with 60MB of internal memory, which the user can supplement with a microSD card for up to 2 GB in external storage. Available from Verizon in the US, the maxx Ve employs A-GPS technology to support Verizon’s “VZ Navigator” location-based services. Motorola claims that the 3.7V/880mAh Li-ion battery enables 3.5 hours of talk-time and 320 hours of standby operation.
