Product DescriptionThe N900i is NEC’s terminal for the most recent series of NTT DoCoMo’s FoMA3G handsets. Based on the W-CDMA communications protocol, the N900i supports Macromedia® Flash animations up to 100KB, Java®-based i-appli applications, HTML web browsing, and e-mail. A variety of games are built-in. If particular note, the CCD external camera has one mega-pixel effective resolution (two mega-pixel interpolated & recorded resolution) with a 6.2-power, 16-step digital zoom. An internal CIF CCD is used for videoconferencing applications. The 65K color 2.2 inch TFT main display provides the primary interface, while a small outer 4K color STN display is visible when the unit is folded closed.
