Product DescriptionThe Nokia 2600c Classic is a basic, trim GSM bar-form “value” phone. It resembles Nokia’s 2610 and the original Nokia 2600 model in form, but with a larger display than the 2610 and a VGA camera that wasn’t included with the first-generation 2600. Images can be captured at VGA quality and video recorded at 8fps, and a self-portrait mirror permits users to include themselves in photos. The 2600c Classic supports MP3 ring-tones, and provides JAVA™ for games. Xpress-On™ covers are available to change the color of the phone, as are music downloads with Nokia’s “Xpress” music service. A 3.5mm headset jack allows listening to the FM radio in private. Communications and messaging support includes Bluetooth, email (w/ support for POP3, IMAP4 and SMTP protocols), IM (T9 input), SMS, MMS, and Xpress Audio messaging, together with GPRS/EDGE (downlink only), for data transfers over the network. Personal info management tools include: a weekly or monthly organizer, a calendar, a calculator, a converter (metric/English, centigrade/Fahrenheit,), a clock and alarm, a voice memo (which can record calls as well), an expense manager, and a to-do list. Nokia claims 3 hours of active operation and up to 284 hours of standby time with the 3.7V/870mAh Li-ion battery.
