Product Description

Very similar to the earlier 2660 clamshell model, the Nokia 2760 adds a VGA camera with 4x digital zoom and upgrades the internal TFT-LCD display module. Though positioned as entry-level, the 2760 carries numerous features for its $104 retail price-tag. The handset supports text messaging, SMS, MMS, and audio messaging with the Nokia Xpress service. 11MB of shared user memory are available for the storage of photos, short videos (up to 2 minutes), and contact info in the 1,000-entry address book. Four games come pre-installed, as well as MP3 and 24 polyphonic ring-tones for personalization. The 2760 provides Web access using the WAP2.0 (xHTML) browser, together with an FM radio (w/ headset only). Bluetooth supports a hands-free speaker, headset, push e-mail, file transfer, and dial-up networking. EDGE Class 6 capability is available data transfer. PIM features include PC Sync for contacts, calendar, and images, and a personal organizer: week & month review with local calendar, expense manager, calculator, converter, and Prepaid Tracker, which keeps track of call time and cost. Other features include auto-redial; call divert, call blocking, hold, timer, and waiting; and caller ID (with caller ID presented on the external display without having to open the phone). Four languages are supported with menu and predictive text inputs: English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.
