Product Description

Available in multiple colors and offered exclusively through T-Mobile in the U.S. market, the Nokia 5610 “XpressMusic” is an entertainment-centric slider phone. The music-play buttons and a mechanical slider button allow the user to access and play music files or answer a call even when the slider is closed. The 5610 is outfitted with a 3.2MP digital camera with 8x digital zoom and an LED flash. The handset has preloaded video ringtones and custom graphics and supports video playback, audio messaging, and text and SMS messaging with T9 text-input support, as well as MMS OMA 1.2 messaging, which allows the user to combine text, video, and audio into a single message. The 5610 has 20MB of user memory, expandable to 4GB via the microSD memory slot. The 5610 features Bluetooth 2.0, an XHTML browser, WAP 2.0, WML, and FM radio support. Additional features include a voice recorder, voice-activated volume control, voice messaging, and voice commands. The 5610 integrates an ambient light sensor for adjusting the display to different lighting conditions, and includes a suite of personal information management tools such as alarm clock, calendar, and to-do list. The 5610 has a 3.7V, 900mAh, Li-polymer battery that reportedly delivers up to 4 hours of talk time, up to 400 hours of stand-by time, and 22 hours of music playback.
