Product DescriptionNext in the Galaxy S II series, the Skyrocket is very much like the first AT&T Galaxy SII, but this model is 4G LTE fast. It has the Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread operating system, (w/ access to over 250K apps), and it runs on a 1.5 GHz dual core processor. The Visual Voicemail function permits you to see a list of current voicemails and select those to play and delete.
It has a 4.5 inch Super AMOLED Plus display (an increase in size from the 4.3 inch seen in the Galaxy_SII_GT-I9100), and an 8 MP camera with 4x digital zoom on the backside of the phone which is capable of 1080p video capture and DLNA streaming. There is also second, 2.0 MP, camera on the phone front for conference calling. The onboard memory of 16 GB is expandable with microSD card. NFC is embedded but inactive in the current form.
7 hours max active usetime and 250 hours of standby operation are claimed for the SGH-I727 with its 3.7V/1850mAh Li-Ion rechargeable battery.
