Product Description

The Samsung SCH-S250 is the first phone released with a 5 mega pixel camera. It is a CDMA 2000-1X phone that is currently available for the Korean market. The camera is a CCD-based module capable of capturing still pictures as well as up to 100 minutes of 320x240 videos. The 2.0 inch TFD LCD display (240x320) comes with “true color”support of 16,777,216 colors. The S250 uses a slide-out style cover to reveal the camera and the full display. With the slide closed, the bottom half of the display functions as a standby screen. Samsung includes Mobile Banking Service, MP3, TV-Out and IrDA functions along with 64 polyphonic sound ring tones.
