Product Description

The Samsung SGH-t409 clamshell-styled mobile phone was released exclusively through T-Mobile to support its Hotspot@Home service. The t409 is designed to connect users easily to a WiFi connection at home or any T-Mobile HotSpot location (~8,500 nationwide), and to make a seamless transition to T-Mobile’s GSM/GPRS/EDGE wireless network when away from home. The phone also has Bluetooth and EDGE data technologies. Other features include a 1.3-megapixel camera w/ digital zoom, a TFT-LCD internal display (65,536 colors, 128 x 160 pixels), and a 4-gray level monochrome external display (96 x 96 pixels). The alarm works when the phone is turned off. The 3.7V/880mAh Li-ion battery supports 5 hours of talk-time (claimed) and 200 hours of standby operation.
